NE type plate chain hoist is a widely used vertical lifting equipment, which is used to lift various materials and granular materials, such as ore, coal, cement, cement clinker, etc. NE type plate chain hoist is widely used in industries such as building materials, chemical industry, mining, boilers, etc. to lift block materials or high-temperature materials, especially suitable for lifting high-pressure block bulk materials.
Main features of plate chain hoist
1. Wide range of improvement
It can improve the grinding properties of powder, granular, and block materials.
2. High conveying capacity
The range of increase is 15-800m3/h.
3. Low driving power
Adopting inflow feeding and gravity induced unloading, and using densely arranged large capacity hoppers for conveying, with low chain speed and large lifting capacity. During material lifting, there is almost no phenomenon of material return. Therefore, the driving power is small, and the theoretical calculated shaft power is only 25% to 45% of that of the chain hoist.
4. Long service life
The lifting chain adopts a plate chain high-strength wear-resistant chain, which extends the service life of the chain and chain bucket. Long term practical application has shown that the service life of the lifting chain exceeds 5 years.
